Our full-service cheese, charcuterie & antipasti, and salad counters allow you to select as little or as much as you need. We also have a cake counter heaving with all sorts of delicious take-home desserts made both in-house and by some of Liverpool’s best independent bakers.
We stock our shelves with the best produce from across the world, including local, regional, and international goods. Cooks of any level can rely on us for quality store cupboard essentials with known provenance often made traditionally by small independent producers.
Our wine and spirit section is an impressive and varied selection of drinks from all seven continents and our knowledgeable and passionate staff, led by GM Boo are always on hand to help you perfectly pair our drinks with your dishes.
In addition, we are proud to host Edge & Son award-winning butchers in our in-house concession. A Wirral family firm since 1844, they are one of only nine remaining British butchers that have in-house slaughterhouse facilities and their traditional methods and attitude enable them to specialise in supplying the very best meat from local, free range, British, native and rare breed livestock.
The meat they sell is great tasting, locally sourced, traditionally bred, naturally fed & farmed, compassionately handled, expertly butchered, and then appropriately hung and matured. Having such quality of produce and expert advice on-site is a great privilege.
